Let It Ride is a game played in casino, which is a variant of poker games. Here the player has to play against the casino instead of other players. Let It Ride is a variant of five-card stud poker where the players put their stakes on a hand of poker that consists three cards in the hand of a player and 3 community cards in the hand of the dealer. The payout schedule and the hand ranking of the player determine the payouts in the game as it happens in the video poker.

Drawing a hand that contains at least a pair of tens with the use of a player’s 3 initial cards along with the 2 community cards is the main objective of the game. Actually, a player never plays against other players or the dealer in this game but his objective is only to have one of the best hands.

The cards are not exchanged here, which is the main difference of it in concern with some other card games. The total of a player is consisting solely of his 3 cards and the 2 cards of the dealer. The draw does not prevail here. Players are prohibited for communicating with other players concerning to the hands they are having as up to 40% of the entire hand is concealed or hidden in this game. In some other words, in spite of giving an unfair advantage to the player over the casino house, the players are prohibited from knowing about the holdings of other players.
